  1. I just watched “Inferno” for the first time last week! It wasn’t the best, but I liked it more than I thought I would. I agree that the better points are the visuals and the two female leads. And of course the random witch with a cat in the class scene. I heard she is supposed to be the Mother of Tears, but really she just reminded me of the weird red-headed usherette from Demons.
The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Lee was so hauntingly sad and creepy. If the ending gets to you, it won’t let you go for days. I was so excited (i’m not sure if that is the right word) afterwards that I downloaded a few different new podcasts that had reviewed it. I don’t remember who it was, but all four of the hosts of the first podcast I listened to thought it was a terrible, predictable, and boring movie. Talk about an awful first impression.
Also, I should have listened to this before I watched Patrick.

    1. Thanks so much, Jason!

Yes, THE LAST WILL… is haunting. I think many people wouldn’t even label it a horror – like my students. Too many associate the genre with just blood and gore. I can’t wait to watch it again.

And I agree about the Mother of Tears in INFERNO. That underwater scene still sticks in my head.

Have a great one and come by again!

    2. Ah, Jason…sorry to hear you wasted your time with PATRICK: EA as well. I’m actually surprised anyone else has seen it!
